  • DELICATESSE 巧彰  (LOT 50 PTE LTD) reserves the right to cancel , refund and exchange any orders at its sole discretion.
  • We do not use any sensitive ingredients such as pork or beef due to respect of religion.
  • We are not halal-certified and vegan friendly.
  • Please ensure your orders before making payment.
  • Cut off time for next day delivery is 6pm and any orders made after 6pm will be proceed on next the working day.
  • Some products may contained nuts and acholic. Please ensure if you are allergy or you can not consume it
  • Please take note for the wording request, greeting such as Happy Birthday" will be entertained, curse words and such shall not be used as it will affect our brand.
  • Please take note that most of our products are temperature sensitive. Once receive, please ensure it kept at the right temperature as soon as possible.
  • We will provide thermal bag and ice pack for the delivery to ensure products are being well kept.
  • We will refund if the products are deliver wrongly.
  • We do not accept any amendments once the transaction has been completed.

  2. Unsuccessful contact reach of recipient during delivery
  3. Rescheduled of delivery due to recipient unable to receive at chosen time slot
  4. Any complaints of damages once products left our premises
  5. Any damages caused if recipient allows delivery person to leave at doorstep
  6. Any orders made wrongly
